Residence & Work Permits
Professional support for residence cards, work permits and appeals.

OVERVIEW
What the service covers
Choosing the right permit is the first step that decides how long the process takes and how it ends. Temporary residence, the combined residence and work permit, the EU Blue Card and permanent residence each have their own conditions and document list.
We prepare your file the way the Voivodeship office expects it, complete and in order, and handle the correspondence from application to card. We are with you at the appointment, for additional document requests and in any appeal.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Good to know
Can I stay in Poland while the application is pending?
If you apply for temporary residence during your legal stay, your passport is stamped and your stay remains legal until the decision.
Are a work permit and a residence permit the same thing?
No. A work permit is tied to an employer; a residence permit is the right to stay. In most cases a combined residence and work permit is applied for.
Why does it take so long?
Voivodeship workloads vary by city; a complete file and fast replies to requests shorten the wait.
What if my application is refused?
You have the right to appeal; we prepare the appeal and the supporting documents within the deadline.
