FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What people ask before the first call
The questions we hear most before a first consultation. If yours is missing, write to us and we will reply within 24 hours.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. In the first conversation we listen to your situation and agree on the route and scope together. Paid work starts only once you approve a written proposal.
Can I start while I am still in Turkey?
Yes. Consultations take place online, and most applications are filed on your behalf by power of attorney or electronically. Steps that require you in person, such as giving fingerprints, are planned ahead so they fit into a single trip to Poland.
How does pricing work?
For every case we confirm the scope, timeline and fee in writing up front; once you approve the proposal, no surprise items appear. Official costs such as court fees, notary and translation are listed separately.
Who will handle my case?
Every case has one responsible person at Norvelto: you send your questions to them and receive written updates from them. Court representation, sworn translation and audit work are carried out by our licensed partners, with coordination staying with us.
Which languages do you work in?
Turkish, English and Polish. We correspond with you in your language and handle the Polish correspondence with the authorities; sworn translations are arranged as part of the process when needed.
How long do the procedures take?
It depends on the service: company registration usually takes a few weeks, while residence applications can take months. In the first consultation we give you a realistic timeline for your own case.
We explain the processes in Poland step by step in our articles.
